West-coast rapper Nipsey Hussle, 33, has succumbed to his injuries following a violent attack in front of his Hyde Park shop resulting in him being shot six times and leaving two other men in serious condition as well as a suspect at large according to reports.

fD6HLXhAnderson .Paak may have opened a headway for one of the grooviest albums of 2018 in Oxnard, named for his home city. This being his third studio album captures tales from his ventures in Oxnard, political views, the life in the light of a known artist and his desires for future endeavors.

.Paak has been known for his creative linguistics and neo soul/funk type vibe. The project starts off with a quick interlude style, singing track in “The Chase.” This track takes the first leg giving a little taste of everything letting the listener know what to expect from the remainder of the album. “Talking about it now is like a trend, but when we started out, even talking about weed–that was taboo. To even get on stage and smoke was like ‘Hell naw’.  So we were, in that state, we were kind of trendsetters, but it wasn’t always about weed. It was just something to get their attention and listen to the message.” Devin asserted as he chilled and kicked back after a great show in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This was my first time seeing Devin perform live, as I missed the show at the House of Blues in New Orleans the previous Saturday.
